Questions people ask before signing up
On day 11 we email you with the exact date and amount of the first payment, plus the cancel link. If you do nothing, the plan you picked starts on day 14 at the price shown on this page. If you cancel before then, you are not charged and you keep nothing you did not pay for.
So the service can continue without a gap the moment the trial ends, and so we only take on businesses that intend to use it. Nothing is charged during the trial, we remind you before the first payment, and cancelling takes two clicks in your dashboard.
Google makes the final decision, so no provider can promise an outcome. What we commit to is the work: we review the ones you flag, build a documented case where there is a genuine policy violation, report it, handle the appeal and tell you where it stands. If you ask for an extra investigation beyond your monthly five and the review stays up, you pay nothing for it.
We do not, and you should be careful with anyone who says they do. Filtering who gets your Google link based on how happy they are is review gating, Google prohibits it, and since April 2026 it is detected automatically. The penalty lands on your profile, not on your agency. What we do instead is offer every customer a private way to reach you alongside the Google link, so problems can come to you first and get fixed. Many never become public reviews because the issue was resolved.

The price is per location. Your first location is full price and additional locations are discounted. You can add or remove locations from your dashboard at any time and billing adjusts for the part of the month you used.
Monthly plans get an NFC and QR card. Annual plans get a 12-piece kit built around a desk piece. It ships 24 hours after your first successful payment, which means day 15 at the earliest. Nothing ships during the trial. You can change where any piece points from your dashboard, as often as you like.
Replacements are covered on written terms that we share before you buy, including how many per year and who pays shipping. We do not promise unlimited replacements, because that is not a promise anyone keeps.
You authorise us for the specific locations you choose, so we can read reviews and publish replies on your behalf. You can see exactly what access was granted and withdraw it from your Google account at any time, without asking us.
They are different things. Review removal is a one-off job priced per review, for businesses that need a specific review dealt with. This plan is ongoing management, and investigations are part of it. If you need more investigations than the plan includes, you can request them per review at the same no-result, no-fee terms.
